Generalities
Bobby Schlicht is a web designer in Chicago, 
migrated from Colorado by way of Northern Wisconsin. He doesn't like Chicago sports, but he loves Chicago transit, drinking at museums, Belgian White Ales in hipster dive bars, and adventure. Also; legos.
He uses PHP, Perl and mSQL to build web apps and web sites for public and private websites.
Some of the things he's done...
He customized an existing Point-of-sale system to work alongside his own custom webpages and timed scripts for a regional tanning salon chain.
He built a custom web app to track and manage individual fiber optic strands from the Central office to individual subscriber addresses for a fiber optic internet/cable service provider in southern Illinois.
He's managed an Oracle-based point-of-sale/billing/surveillance system for a 24-hour gym franchise in Texas, Kentucky, and Indiana.
He is currently am the lead web designer and developer for the second largest (and only profitable) video rental chain in North America, maintaing five seperate web presences.
